MINTNFT.COM is a premium studio & marketplace for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that makes collecting NFTs simple, safe and social. The company is focused on delivering an unprecedented experience for users with unique features such as exclusive digital events, a new patent-pending authentication process for NFTs, and incorporating a social score to each NFT. The interactive and gamified platform includes a secondary marketplace that allows users to buy, sell, and trade NFTs.

What you will do at MINTNFT

We are looking for an experienced digital product manager who also understands how to work with engineering, software development, and UI/UX teams to build the product features from end to end. This hybrid product/project manager will be involved with building a consumer platform from the ground floor and needs to understand the full product development life cycle, user flows, user scenarios, feature priorities, and everything included to launch a new consumer experience. This person will also work on creative projects with our internal and external creative stakeholders in the creation of new NFT designs, artwork, and campaigns.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
  • 7+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience owning product roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Proven success in delivering online products and services in a high growth environment.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Experience handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Work with agencies and marketing teams to assess initial requests for information, project parameters, priority scheduling, and creation of all deliverables against established deadlines and marketing strategies
  • Lead creative project workflow by planning, tracking, managing, and driving all steps in the creative life cycle, including dependencies, matrixed approvals, scope changes, and creative solutions to time/resource constraints
  • Lead communication of timelines, status updates, and potential risks to the project team
  • Partner with internal teams and partners and agencies to identify issues early and suggest workable solutions, weaknesses in current systems, processes, and tools and work to improve them
  • Create meticulous, contextual work back schedules for all in-house and vendor-driven campaigns, for large volumes of content that spans the full range of marketing deliverables, including logos, key art, trailers, shoots, high-impact digital media, print, press, social, linear, and digital video creative deliverables
  • Lead meetings, drive agendas, and cross-functional communication share recaps and next steps
  • Route creative for approval to multiple cross-functional stakeholders, keeping track of multiple, sometimes conflicting pieces of feedback and integrating it into the workflow seamlessly
  • Keep daily and hourly track of numerous moving pieces and deliverables
  • Maintain clear project tracking, status, hot sheets, and risk assessments in project management systems
