Work closely with the Art Director in defining the game and creating core game systems in Metaverse project.
Formulate system or level design document to identify the gameplay experience.
Asist the Art Director in creating prototypes demonstrating key features or game concept to community members and other team members.
Periodically analyzing player experience and determine future goals based on player feedback.
3-5 years game design experience, experience with Unity 3D games is a plus. OR has worked on at least 1 released title, with experience going from 0 to 1 and sending products live.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and different game engines.
Detail oriented, able to prioritize player experience, open to new ideas and approaches, willing to learn new tools and technologies related to the profession.
NICE TO HAVE:
Passionate about the gaming industry, interested in blockchain technology and being a part of the Web 3.0 experience.
Comfortable with intrinsic characteristics of early R&D.
Experience in developing MMORPGs.
