Dapper Sports is bringing in millions of users to the blockchain and looking for a seasoned Community leader to drive category growth through Community. We’re looking for a Head of Community to take our community management on a growth trajectory.


You’re someone who can bring a data-driven approach to turn community from a customer service channel to a growth channel. The ideal candidate has grit, asks “the why”, and has a test-and-learn approach to their process.

Location: Remote OK, working on Pacific Time and traveling to Vancouver when needed

Jobs to be done:
  • Develop and be accountable for the Community strategy for Dapper Sports initiatives.
  • Create a test and learn culture within the Community team.
  • Responsible for a P&L and the projections for Community.
  • Own key community growth metrics and be accountable for how to deliver on them.
  • Optimizes the FTUE and flow of various Community channels such as Discord and Twitter.
  • Engages with c-suite as the figurehead for Community with the ability to talk high-level strategy, but also understand the minutia as to why we see trends and the causality of Community on those trends.
  • Participates and is accountable for Community strategy within the planning and larger strategy exercises such as new product launches, betas, and feature rollouts.
  • Innovate Community as a channel to be best-in-class in the crypto space when it comes to new user acquisition, retention, product launches, and drops.
  • Mentor and develop the Community team as business partners to cross-functional teams.
