We're looking for an innovative Brand Marketing Lead to help us bring UFC Strike to the next level.


The ideal candidate is super creative, can think like a diehard UFC fan, has a full appreciation of what’s going on in the NFT landscape and feels like they’re in a bizarre dream reading this job description because THIS IS YOU, tantalized at the prospect of disrupting the landscape and creating the blueprint of an industry that has never existed before.

What’s up:
  • Create a marketing calendar for UFC Strike, working hand-in-hand with our Product Marketing/Growth teams and Creative teams to decide where and how to activate around the UFC calendar
  • Knows how to think like a UFC Strike collector, wants to get in the weeds and get their hands dirty and can craft a 360 campaign and plan that ties back into the product while creating buzz along the way
  • Can fuse the creative needs for a job like this while letting the data be the bedrock of any successful campaign
  • Can coordinate a marketing comms plan that extends to social, blogs, e-mail, etc.


A little about you:
  • You welcome failure knowing that any risk worth taking can and might fail — and that’s ok — so long as it’s rooted in sound logic/data and we can learn from it
  • You hate being complacent and are inspired at working in the most innovative space in the world
  • You have 8-10 years of applicable experience, working at a startup, tech or sports company helps
  • You are a self-starter that can work through the natural chaos that comes with working at a startup in hyper growth mode
