Content Manager (REMOTE)
The First Mint is seeking a Content Manager to help us keep up with the 24/7/365 world of NFTs & web3 and interact with our growing community on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is self-starting, thoughtful, has extreme attention to detail, and a growth mindset. Most importantly, you possess a sharp eye for what makes a great NFT project, and you are absolutely locked in to what’s happening on the scene.
- Create, manage, and execute a social media calendar, including organizing requests from internal stakeholders (e.g. partner campaign delivery etc.)
- Write and create educational content, including Twitter Threads, YouTube Videos, and potentially Podcasts & Interviews
- Manage our Content Library across iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, and Website, including recording live audio sessions on Twitter
- Manage social media channels, and engage with the community on a daily basis
- Develop copy for Twitter, Podcasts, Live Shows, etc.
- Develop concepts and topics for podcasts, spaces, streams, tweets
- Manage social channels and engagement with the community on a daily basis
- Liaise with community members, partners, and influencers
- Source guest speakers for podcasts, spaces, live shows, etc.
- You live, breathe, and watch the NFT space 24/7
- You love creating content and engaging in various different communities
- You love helping people who need help getting into NFTs; walking them through complicated processes, identifying their pain points, and being a soothing and supportive voice
- Demonstrate 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar content creation, management, or operations role
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and the ability to turn content around at lightning speed with incredible accuracy
- You have a proficiency in creative thinking, and will apply that to contests, events, and other community engagement activations
- Ability to work on North American business hours
